Yes you can take demand draft, it is recommended even in IOM session
For NOC, just go to office from where you got drv license, tell them they will provide you,it is a routine matter for them, actually it is a confirmation letter of your license, then go to foreign office in your city along with a copy and NIC. After two hours they will return back.

Yesterday I got the answer of my CSI about the current status of my application from Paris Visa office. Those who did not get the answer they must write two numbers one issued from Sydney Canada and other from London and write VF before the numbers VF/ B.........., B.........
The answer says

Can any one please tell me how much time they will give to send PPR1? How much duaration available?

I renewed the passport of my daughter. Should I sent the certified copy now and request officer to updated my record or should I wait for PPR1. Why you said "Renew it immediately b4 PPR1".

Thru out this immigration process they have ssked me for police certs and rcmp about thousand times and after no contact from the end of may .They asked again for rcmp last week,and i asked them about my medicals which are going to expire on 6th Sept.Just day before yesterday i got the email for med extension thank God.But any idea how long will be it extended for? And what is going to be the next step? And how long will it take for the passport req ?

1. My complete family got Canadian Immigration and I am the principal applicant. Can I land first and later on my family can join me before the expiry of their medical.
2. in order to renew your PR, one has to stay at least 3 years in Canada out of 5 years. I wanted to know this five year period clock starts from the date visa is stamped on passport or from the date one lands in Canada
