Guys....unexpected good news!!!!!
I got my PPR2 today at 3:24 pm exactly.
My very best wishes are with the rest who are still waiting.
Hopefully I will get the passports back with the visa next week?

You should be using TCS for this purpose. CHC Islamabad has an arrangement with TCS for delivery of passports.

I got my PPR1 on 18th October 2012 and they received it on 26th October 2012. So I guess the PPR2 is quite near.

It should be through TCS I presume, as I sent it through TCS and in their PPR2 letter the have mentioned that PPR will be returned through TCS so send it through TCS.

Friends, I have an excellent news to share.
I finally received PPR1 today (12 Nov) !!!!

amh, please update my info. Also My correct VO is also JMR. I think PTM was the VO for medical only. My prayers go to Samsung94 and SLEO. Hope you guys get it soon as well.

Hello everyone,
I had applied for immigration in Sep. 2009.

1. On Oct. 2, 2012 I received email from London Visa office (LVO) to submit passport to LVO for VISA issuance.
2. I sent my passport for VISA issuance which was received by London VISA office on Oct. 9, 2012.
3. On Oct. 26, 2012 I received an email from LVO that the email sent on Oct. 2 was by error and your passport is being sent back without VISA as your file is still in process because of background checks.
4. I received my passport back without VISA.
4. Now my medical is going to expire in March 2013.

I guess this will be unique case. Someone told me that there is no issue in my case rather its an error by my VISA officer.

Anyone can please comment that what will be the expected reason of all this?

I am really sorry to hear that. Wali, there are few members here who did their medical in March 2012 and still waiting for PPR1. So don’t you worry you will get the required PPR request soon Insha’Allah,
In your case delay may be because of their own mistake.

So I suggest you strongly to send them CSI with the reference of their previous email and ask them the current status of you file.


I wish you could send them email with the reference of their previous email asking “will they grant you any extension in your Visa Expiry if not then will they kind enough to take aggressive action on your case “

But, Pray, Patience and wait are the few things we can do
I wish you good luck

Is DM indication for PPR-2 after PPR-1?

In my opinion yes it is an indication that your visa has been finalized and that you'll be getting your PPR2 shortly.

My opinion is based on one of my friend's experience who got decision made on his ecase 2 weeks after he submitted his PPR1 and after another 3 weeks he got his PPR2 email.....

So 'Congratulations'
