Congratulations to all who have completed their medical (recently or month or 2 or 3 ago).
Inshallah all of U will receive visa soon, whoever visa officer is.

I can understand waiting is so so so bad......but nothing is in our control. we just can pray for speedy and smooth process.
I suggest rather than to discuss visa officers and bla bla........
better now invest your time on settlement issues....like where to land and what to do!
search about rents/apartments, job/job requirements etc......
I will share my one month Toronto experience with all of you and I am sure it will be helpful for all of you.

PPR = Passport Request.
In Pakistan PPR comes in 2 steps [PPR-1 & PPR-2].
PPR-1.....London Visa office send PPR-1 through email asking for recent photos, passport copies and a form.
PPR-2.....London VO send PPR-2 through email. Original Passports submit to Islamabad VO for Visa stamping.

Dears, plz tell me that how can I identify my visa officer?
I have received my ppr1 on 14th June but still waiting for ppr2. It's almost 50 days that I have forwarded my docs. I have also forwarded a soft reminder to London office but no response. Plz advise ......

I also wonder if we can determine our VO,IO or Program Assistance with reference to their correspondence to our email/inquiry some of us can also approach them for personal follow-up of their cases
It's just my perception may be I am wrong.
Secondly sometime I thought that they must be using pseudonyms on emails too, for the sake of confidentiality

totaly agreed it is 100 % confidential and we will not determined any VO, IO or any other official with these kind of alphabets.

exatctally....thats what i am trying to say....
and even if these alphabetic codes r lets suppose abbreviations of their real names,what the difference will it make whoever is dealing our case..
i have noticed pple have started separate threads to understand the mood and behaviours of their respective VOs.pple saying RIH is very slow,NMP is very strict....come on guys...these r IMMIGRATION OFFICERS not our school teachers.every step they take,every decision they make they must follow certain rules,regulations and carry out certain procedures keeping in view that applicants can go to courts of law.

so lets not waste our time in discussing VOs names and speed,rather we shud discuss here the real problems like someone didnt receive his/her MR while chc has sent months ago,name of a family member is written wrong on med forms,whether to reniew pssports before submitting etc etc.
