I contact CHC and in reply they sent step 2 email.What your e case status is showing b/c after Decision made on e case status I asked from CHC London.

Now it is saying decision made, but I havent received the letter. Should I send them an e mail or case specific enquiry?

yup you have to emailed them every now and then b'coz sometime decision already made but we didn't get them on time...... keep crosponding every1 and for second step i think loving star got visa stamped in 13days that's quick i believe
