Yes. Bachelrs ll be attested by HEC and then u can ask them for a sealed envelope that u ll send to wes.

Hello all,
Just received an email from VFS that my passport has been dispatched from CHC Islamabad to VFS Lahore. Status of MyCIC has also been changed to "Approve".. now eagrly waiting for the call from VFS to collect my passport. So, the conclusion is CHC Islamabad take 10 days to process an application on average.

Actually I want to ask that have you sent bachelor degree after attestation from HEC separately or along with SSC + HSSC docs?
If you have sent all docs in one go, then have you submitted that sealed envelope of degree to BISE Multan to send it to WES along with matric and inter certificates?

You will send attested copy of BS (degree+transcript) in one envelop to WES. SSc and HSSC will be directly sent by board office but you should pay for the courier service. They will ask you to go with their peon to nearby DHL office and then you will send another package to WES. Conclusion is, you ll send two packages to WES and pay separately for both.

NOTE: Do not forget to attach transcript evaluation form, available at WES website, with the copy of SSC and HSSC while submitting to Board. You do not require attestation from IBCC so keep in mind before filling up the form.
I only got HSSC attested from board. No need to pay extra for SSC.

10 days in total including weekend from the date your application has been reached CHC Islamabad.

bro my status says, your processed passport has been sent to Canda visa office, ISB on 15 march does this means that my passport has reached? or will they update further status?

It means your passport has been reached at CHC Islamabad on March 15th. Now you will get your passport back on March 25th or March 26th (Inshaa Allah) and the next tracking status would be "Your processed passports has been dispatched from Canada Visa Office Islamabad to Canada Visa application center.

Yes. you can put both sealed envelopes (from HEC for Bachelors/Masters Degree and SSC/HSSC from board) in one large envelope of courier service/DHL and send as one courier. Don't forget to mention WES reference on both sealed envelopes and on top of courier envelope.

Why pay to DHL for 2 couriers if one can serve the purpose. I send one courier and get ECA last year.

BISE Lahore sent my SSC/HSSC attestations directly to WES. Bachelors was given in sealed envelope by HEC and couriered by myself.
