Thanks god Not banned from reapplying. .
But no student visa given. .had about 8 previous uk visas.no overstaying .

Reasons for refusals
Wouldn't leave Canada..
Not enough funds...bank statement was 40 lacks for 8 months in bank account
Anyway shall I apply again and defer the course for may intake...

But, we did check box yes about other countries. If we had clicked that would become a lie because they share database with USA.
Anyway in next application will try to prepare documents properly and give all the full details.

And thing is my bank statement is ready now..for 8 months money is in account. Which i need for some reasons.. so i will have to use this statement and then take money out. So i need to apply soon.

CAIPS takes about 35 days. This statement will not be valid then I think. However if you know someone in Canada ask them to order CAIPS and it will faster then

I think VO has already given key points and reasons for refusal we should address them....
Shall I move some money to Canada in form of Bank Draft plus the statement of about 35 lacks to strengthen financial issues..

Pay the tuition fee for the full academic year and next time make sure you don't do anything for them to ban you as some Universities do not refund if you are banned due to misrepresentation. Also there is this GIC certificate that you can get from a bank in Canada. You pay them 10k cad and they give a certificate that he living expenses are covered for the first year. This is the best way one can prove funds.

I am thinking not to pay the university, but get a demand draft or GIC certificate of 30,000 dollar in canada of my name..
Through a friend in Canada.
Which can be cashed back easily.
Plus my bank statements. .in pakistan

I have applied on 25th October, through vfs Karachi , received 4 emails with tracking ID but they didn't provide any application # . Where I find out my application number? Is it necessary to have application # to link with cic website.

Why he is not satisfied with mine?
They must have some standard rules.
