[Pakistan] Do we need to attest Transcript and other docs to apply ?

Hello,
I have all my documents available beside the Undergraduate transcript, which will be available within next 5 days.
I would like to ask that from whom am I supposed to attest my documents ?
like, Matric Marksheet / Certificate, Inter Marksheet/Certificate, Undergraduate Transcript ?
and how much time will it take for this process ?
It merits mentioning that I am from Karachi, Pakistan.

I applied paper based so I send my originals along with my application.

What do you mean by original docs ?
Did you send original docs to the Univ or to the Embassy ?
I am talking about sending docs to the Univ for admission, are they supposed to be attested ?

You will have to get the photocopies of the original degrees(from Matric to UG degree+transcript) attested by your Uni's Registrar which they will then seal in an envelope with the official university stamp across the seal. This will be then considered original. Also get your latest degree attested by HEC.

The Matric and Inter certificates from the Registrar of the University too ?

Matric Inter Certificates plus mark-sheets yes they will be attested by your UNI.
I don't remember how much it costs now you can get all that information from their site. By the way I don't think its really compulsory to get your documents verified by HEC to submit to a Canadian University but do get them verified I think its compulsory for visa process.

Metric inter degrees will be attested from Lahore board I dont know which board you are and your HEC will only attest your bachelors degree .HEC will cost 500 rs each and they charge more to seal the degree .which uni or college you are going to apply here ?.

and I am in Karachi, not Lahore.
