Please give your suggession.

You can intimate VO about this when they demand additional docs or with medical request but if you have passed through that stage then immediately inform VO and send the copy of renewed passport with covering letter.

WHAT TO WRITE ON
"NATIONAL IDENTITY DOCUMENT" OF MY 5 & 2 YEAR KIDS....
should i write Citizenship no ..if so.. what should i write on Issuing & expiry dates.. as he hasnt have CNIC.. ?

For children below 18 year Nadra issues Child Registration Certificate [CRC]. You should write the ID number in the form which is mentioned on CRC. It has expiry & issue date on it. That's work like CNIC for children and when they reach 18 same ID number would be mentioned on their CNIC.

Re: London VO Timeline.....

The CHC London website states that " 20 Months timeframe is for those Applications received BETWEEN November 28, 2008 and June 25, 2010.
what about those applicants who had sent the applications in July 2010 and received AOR in August? will this time be applied these too?

The London VO timeline is not accurate. Don't go with it. After submitting full docs we should wait for 24-36 months for the whole process till PR. If someone receives earlier response that'd be bonus. Things will take time so don't be impatient.

Applied in Feb 2009 (Confirmed), sent the final docs on July 2009 (confirmed) and but not sure for 2nd AOR as I have to check my correspondence with VO. I will write details after checking the same and reply you.

same like u i got reply on 28 aug "file waiting for review" on 29 sept " under reveiw" again on 29 oct " under review"

so i think this is just passsing time nothing else , vo wil issue MR/PPR according to time frame they have decided

Best way is to continue wid ur existing job and dont bother about it much.....

Well, my personal experience and observation is that sending email inquiries at appropriate intervals actualy help the case. The CHC London is not following a straight method for dealing the backlog cases. They are using the pick and choose method for dealing the backlog cases. So its better to ask the status of application from CHC, off course at appropriate intervals.
