hey guys !!!!
today i got a refusal letter from london.
but the shocking part of that letter is my refusal bcz the reason was, i have not provided a complete application package with supporting documents as they quoted.
They also mention these lines:
"I have determined ur eligebility on the basis of the infromation on file.I am not satisfied there is sufficient evidence u r eligible , according to the Ministerial Instructions , to have ur application placed into processing. This negative determination of eligibility for processing is final and ur file has been closed"
Seniors please comment on it and also advice me what to do next..i dont find this reason is logical as i had received an acknowledgment of receipt when they had received my complete application.

6 to 8 months wait letter now coming.

Whats happening. :o
@StarAli,
Did you hand over the letter with original medical forms to DMP. The letter on which file number is written & comes with Medical Forms. Same letter came with additional doc. request and I returned it with the documents. The DMP staff didn't ask me about the letter, but I think it is necessary because DMP don't have our file number and VO always emphasis to quote file number on every correspondence.

Waiting for your reply.

I dont think an appeal for opening the file would work now.
Only way to go to the court but only with valid grounds that could make the judge order to reopen your file.

The reason for the refusal is vague and very much unclear.
I have never seen such reasons stated in refusal letters.

what was your NOC and what do you think the reason for the refusal?
Why not ask for a detail reason for the refusal and then head towards appeal/filing a case?

Last three lines added on same date after that i'll recieve refusel letter after 18 days.
;)

oh 4131

I think 4131's made the bulk of applicants who got their PR applications approved from 2008-2011
Feels like they dont want more 4131's at this time.

:( it means they aim to reach a predefined rejection ratio. They dont need skill people anymore.
That is why they reject on baseless reasons.

On the medical form file number is mentioned.

Yes hand over the original medical form to DMP.

Hand over the Letter is not neccessary.
