TCS but DHL is more batter
and you can email the scan copies of your documents via the VO email address, but will depend the kind of documents.

TCS is better and reliable overall (if considering FEE factor)
It usually take Three to Four Working days to deliver @ Rs.2000 to 2500 Approx..

Yes for canada i also used fedex 4 times and always it deliver in time.

I have a couple of concerns, kindly look into these and guide.

1- I applied for CA immigration in Feb-2010, it is the month when i submitted my application (complete package). And this application was filed at ISB VO. Later it was sent to UK on 30 June 2010. As of now UK VO says that they take approximate 23 months. Which date i should consider for myself as to count these 23 months? Will it be from the time i submitted my application to ISB VO or UK VO?

2- At the time of submitting my application i also submited the proof of funds, and as now its been too long and i have though used funds out of those as well, so will VO be asking for the proof again? If yes then what should be the answer from my side mentioning that i have used these or again have to arrange the money?

3- Lastly what other documents/proof they could be requiring in case as saying again it has been too long and certain things might need to be refreshed, for example i have already provided them IELTS and it will be expired in this month of Jan 2012.

(CIC says that 23 months start from Doc submission to VO but practically its not like that. Staralihaider is one of our senior forum member and he is running something like a Mini CIC database. IF you copy paste his list and analyze in Microsft excel the time period 23 months is from second AOR. Also I think that London time lines do not apply to PAK applicants. Our cases are being processed in London but we are from Pakistan and Islamabad time lines of 27 months are for post Feb 2008 applicants)

(Probably they will ask for Proof of funds again with the Medical forms. At that time you have to show a 6 months old account with transactions. The best idea is convert all your savings into US$ and keep it in a US$ current account in some bank. CA$ accounts are not allowed in Pakistani banks.My speculation considering the current course of events is that US$ will suddenly jump to Rs 100 in Mar 2011. This investment will reduce your savings devaluation and fulfill the CIC requirements.)
3- Lastly what other documents/proof they could be requiring in case as saying again it has been too long and certain things might need to be refreshed, for example i have already provided them IELTS and it will be expired in this month of Jan 2012.
IELTS expiry doesn't matters. Your score will be locked on the date you sent a valid IELTS certificate. Regarding other documents they may ask you to refresh the records with the medical forms.

Hi All,

While packing up to Oz, I just check out my status, and I was astonished they did withdrew my application on 15-12-11, at last! What a consolation after repeated requests to all CHC London, Immigration minister and even PM.

Can any one has idea how much time they will take to send my original docs and refund my application fees(though they are not so generous), would they? My last E-cas status was IP with RBVO.

6 weeks for documents return from 15-12-11
6 months for refund of application fee

when are you moving Aus ?

No not those who are RBVO but those people who have In process status with Processing started date inside the details of their ecase !

i need help in an urgent matter....
i need my original DMC of masters degree which i submitted along with my application in the university sealed envelop at the time of submission of my documents to CIO, now as i m planning to get further do my masters from UK before landing to Canada, i m in badly need of my original DMC from the embassy. I can get the duplicate from my university but the certificate number will be replaced with the new one and the old one will not be valid ..... Now if the canadian high commission has yet not verified my degrees and if i acquire the duplicate degree then there may be an error with the verification as the certificate number of the old degree will be discarded.

What should i do now?
should i write the embassy to return my original DMC?
should i re-issue the degree and process my student visa and then intimate the Canadian embassy that i re-issued the DMC and send it to the Emabassy afterwards?
(wat if in the meanwhile verification occurs if not yet made?)

i have applied in October 2009
I have asked CIC to send me back my original documents on 5th December. today i got my documents but
there is NO IELTS in that packet......
Can any body plz tell me why this happen, and either this happen only with me or any one else too here that have same situation.
And i dont know how much time more it will take to have any decision, really now i am going to dislike Canada with its 2 number policy....

Its indeed a tricky situation. In my opinion, you are sure about your plan for UK, they you should ask CHC for return of your original degree. They will return in around three weeks.

Going for the duplicate may not be appropriate option as it will cancel your previous certificate which may arise problems later on.

hay don't hesitate if u really need them. just write to CHC in London to return ur doc (but make sure u clearly mention what documents u need in bullets).i needed my transcripts and i got my doc in four weeks time.when you will request them back they will check if they are uni sealed and will keep the record.i received my bachelors and masters DMC. but they only opened masters' envelope.
