My address also disappeared too yesterday. As per CHC's emai, i will receive medicals in coming month. Considering your status and timelines, my guess is that ur medicals r also on the way

I just checked my address is not there on my Ecas status , I hope it brings the good news of Medicals ??

27 December, i email to the VO to inform me about the current status of my application.
29th of December the VO replied me as

Dear Applicant,
In response to your email, please note that your file is currently undergoing routine background checks. We are currently unable to advise when the checks will be completed. Please also note that the scanned copies of your Pakistani passport and overseas ID card have been attached to your file.
Please note that no further action is required from you at this stage. We will contact you as soon as the results of the background checks have been received.

My Question is when these checks will be turn off as i have received the same email in August 2011 when
i subimtted my updated documents...

27 December, i email to the VO to inform me about the current status of my application.
29th of December the VO replied me as

no body knows about their processing.....so no one can predict. you should be happy atleast they are working on your file and respond you properly.

For Pakistani applicants it take 5-7 months for background checks to complete !
