paid RPRF on July . No updates

I have paid 490 CAD RPRF on 11th of July 2018 but till now i recieve no response and see no updates on my pofile page . Not even a message update showing that i have paid that . is this normal?

Did you pay it post submission without cic asking for it. Then you will not see an update on profile, however they will update it as and when they look at your file.

If you paid post CIC request, you would have uploaded the receipt in the given spaceholder. Which will read as provided. So that should be fine.

They do not respond with any confirmation mails for rprf payment.
