Package returned - NOA doesn't include line 150

We had our package returned with highlights and a not saying that we didn't submit an NOA and letter from your employer.

I did submit the NOA I received from CRA (as well as my T1 because it showed line 150, as the NOA document didn't).

I'm also self employed and wrote a note stating my income with my GST number.

what am I missing????

I think NOA must contain line 150 means detailed version not summary one. Option C is another choice, because it clearly states all T4 incomes and Business income. So, are you just self-employed? Or has a job somewhere else too along with your own business? If yes, Did you include letter from your employer?

There are two options to choose either NOA full version(has line 150) or proof of income (option C). You must have at least one. They won't accept T1 as a supporting document for NOA.

When did you apply though?
