Hi everyone,

I received my eCOPR as the Principal Applicant on August 5th, but my dependants are still pending. Note that they were originally included in my P2 email, but in the PR Portal, mine & their photos and addresses still show as "In review with IRCC". All family members are currently in Canada with TR status except me as protected person.

Yesterday, I sent a email directly to the P1 email thread with all our details (UCIs, App #).

Has anyone experienced this recently? How long did it take for IRCC to issue the eCOPRs for dependants after emailing P1?

Thanks in advance for sharing your timeline/experiences!

Actually, my situation it’s a little bit complicated. My family members exempt from visa because of their nationalities therefore I can’t answer your questions properly. Sorry.

You can certainly try but chances of success are low because most will either claim asylum on arrival themselves or try to remain in Canada. You should try to include as much proof as possible they will only come for a short visit and have strong proof they will return home. After a family member claims asylum other family members can have their visas cancelled so having a TRV before a spouse or parent claims asylum doesn’t ensure that their TRV will remain valid.
