Hi 123settogo , mine deferred as well asking 12 months of Canadian experience supervised by P.eng
Sorry to hear that.
Obviously you and I had the same experience examiner and board members...
Will you submit reassessment or will you just wait for 12 more months?

Sorry to hear that. Would you mind sharing a bit more information about your application. Like the years of engineering experience you had(International and in Canada) and about your education. My case to board is in DEC and is bit worried now. I am having 10 years engineering experience abroad and masters degree in engineering which is also from abroad.

Hi, Can you please tell me if the Board of Examiners gave you Provisional License status while waiting for 9 months Canadian experience.

No. They offered nothing and only said 9 more months experience needed in the letter.
In your case, you have 10 years experience, I think you should be ok. Don't worry too much.

Hi If you are US PE, you just have to apply for membership with EGBC or APEGA and request your PE board to submit your certificate records and about your standing. That's it. You should get it in a couple of weeks.

Very simple for your.

Good Luck!
Thanks,
Thanks! Could you forward me the link if any in reference to the above statement..

  • Non CEAB degree, graduated 15 years ago.
  • 11 years referenced Non-Canadian work experience, including 2 P.Eng references (supervised me outside Canada)
  • Registered for NPPE 19th Nov but needed to travel internationally for my dad's surgery. Now planning for the 28th Jan 2019.
  1. Started application: March 2018
  2. Submitted: June 2018
  3. References completed: Aug 2018
  4. Academic examiner: Oct 2018
  5. Internal review: Nov 2018
  6. Experience examiner: Nov 2018
  7. Case to board: Jan 2019
I was hoping to have my NPPE written when my case went to board, (for a shot at provisional licence) but let's see how that pans out. Thanks for sharing your experiences.

It seemed your case was moved forward very quick. NPPE result will be released within a week after you take the exam. Good luck.

Hello Guys, good to be here. I plan taking the NPPE exams soon. Please, can anyone assist me with past question papers. My email address is sebmyheart@yahoo.co.uk.

I'd also welcome any best strategy for preparation.
Hi Major,
Are you Nigerian with a Nigerian degree?
Can you share with me if your academic review considered your degree to be comparable with Canada's. Were you assigned any exams?

Hi,
Can anyone please help with study materials for the FE exams. I'm currently undergoing the process for EIT licensing.
