Hello
My Name is Nazanin Nadri and I'm planning to apply for study permit for myself and OWP for my husband. However, he has not taken up IELTS yet and there is very little time left for us; need to be in Canada by sep 2, 2019. Can someone guide me to the appropriate information/website? Also, if IELTS is mandatory for her to obtain OWP, then can he apply for TRV and accompany me to Canada and then apply for OWP from inside Canada after he takes up the IELTS? Moreover, I need to know about the documents that we should provide
