OWP Refund Issues

Hello,

Anyone out there have any trouble getting a refund for an OWP?

Submitted it along my PR app last year. PR was approved but I never received the permit and from what I understand, this entitles me to a refund.

I've been refunded $100 from an initial payment of $255.

Tried using the web form several times but the responses I'm getting are of little to no use (shockingly).

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

You might not get the whole amount refunded because there was work done on the file.

I was made to pay for Biometrics although i already have from 2019 and those were applied to my current inland spousal sponsorship. I can expect refund for that... and so far no sign of OWP.
