My wife is an international student in London, Ontario, I have an approved OWP but wasn't able to fly when she left coz of my work. I do have in my possession my CBSA and Passport. I just want to ask if will these 2 be enough for me to enter before i buy my ticket? i want to surprise her by not telling her. Thanks

Assume you mean OWP not CBSA. Proof of funds may also be required when you arrive in Canada. Anyone can be asked about how they will support themselves when entering Canada.
