OWP approved but no messages in MyAccount

Hi, my partner just got his open work permit approved. It is said in MyAccount to check the messages below for more information but, unfortunately, there are no new messages.
Any idea about what to do ? Thanks in advance.

Also could you please let me know from where did you apply?

I've applied SOWP from India for my wife in July, too.

Did your wife medical got updated.?? Also is biometric done for her.??

Her file got refused due to missing documents TWICE, so she was already done with upfront Medical and Biometrics. But in recent application nothing is updated.

Just Biometric information is updated in GCKey.

Can you share the timelines

 

[MMFM]

OWP applied inland in July, 25th online. No biometrics, no medical check, nothing asked. Silence till November, 20th. OWP approved. A message in MyAccount saying thay they have sent the work permit through post.
