Hi all, I came to Canada on vacation from Barbados on the 22/12/2010 and was given until 22/01/2011 to leave but I wasn't able to leave at that time because the person I was staying with was very ill and could not do anything for herself or children so I stayed and helped. [grocery shopping,house cleaning, cooking etc] I left the country on 22/03/2011. Would I have to apply for restoration of status to re enter Canada? Please explain the process. Thank you. ???
