Hi, can someone who overstayed In Canada for three years and wants to go back home can he face any problem when he leaving the country at the airport thank you I need the answer ASAP ....

Have you been ordered to leave? If so, you may be required to report to the CBSA at the airport, and you'll be escorted to your flight.

Otherwise, if you're just leaving, you won't face issues on the way out.

No - you won't face problems. You can just leave.

Doesn't matter. There is no one from CBSA to look at it on your way out of the country unless you've been ordered to check in with CBSA.

How u will know that if u don’t know that u received letter or nah if u just walk to airport and check in online who will ask u to go and check with CBSA

If you haven't received paperwork, you are not required to check with CBSA on your way out. You can just leave.

Canada doesn’t care if you leave. They’re actually relieved when overstayers remove themselves. Saves the government time and expense.
