Overstay Question

Hi!

1. We are applying for spousal PR
2. Our marriage certificate was delayed
3. We just got our UCI and Application numbers for PR
4. We went to get the work permit and realized we had to extend the visitor visa
5. We are 110 days over the 90 day over stay forgiveness window

Knowing our Spousal PR application is still being processed, what would you recommend we do?

Would you:
1) Leave the county
- Try to come back
- Do you have the withdrawal our application?
2) Apply for a TRP
3) Is there a world we can just wait for the PR to be processed

If you submitted an Inland application, you may not need to leave Canada because of the Public Policy that waives the requirement for the applicant to have legal status in Canada. This ONLY applies to the Inland (SCPLC) application.
