So you are essentially saying that that all the people who have been waiting a long time are not worthy in God’s eyes? That is extremely insulting. Who gets approved and in what timeline comes down to IRCC. If not part of the pilot program a minor dependent was likely the reason for the approval timeline.

It is not insulting. Not everyone have the same faith, not everyone act on the faith that they have. Its not an issue of minor dependant. All fingers are never equal. Bible says if you have faith you can ask a mountain to move and it will but that does not mean that everyone will be able to have that kind of faith. If you have not experience miracle or unexplained event, do not downplay other people's experience. Its their experience and not yours my dear. Peace be unto you.
