No ,im not sure why , she had her csq also for quebec , but didnt send it to ircc .

when i recived eligibilty letter csq was requested but i did not send it becuase i moved to ontario

did ircc requested csq for dependents outside canada?

No , not even for inside canada applicants , also they requested from me " abroad dependent " proof of relation and other docs only , no biomentrics no medical check ups

Will check this option quebec processing is very slow i assume , but will moving from quebec will delay process if the applicant file change from office to another ?

yes it is very slow on ircc portal processing time of quebec is like 70months or more for dependents

they recived biometrics request but not medical altough i called ircc and they told that dependents eligibilty passed and everything is passed expect medical and security
