I've read conflicting posts about whether or not full credit is given when work and study overlaps. When one works full time (7am-4pm), attends night classes
or distance education and completes a degree within the normal time period, why would they not give credit for a year of work and a year of education? Seems unfair to sacrifice one's social life and not get credit from CIC for it in the end! Would a cover note explaining how one achieved their credentials AND worked be advisable? Has anyone found references that address this ? Many thanks.
