Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
You haven't stated certain pieces of information that would allow me to tell you exactly how much work experience you have but I can tell you for certain that you do not have 2 years of work experience.

If you haven't aced your CELPIP/IETLS then that is the easiest way of improving your score.

Agree with the above. Here are more details for you and future readers.
By definition, a full-time week means you have worked a total of 30+ hours/week (whether in one job or multiple jobs at the same time). Any extra hours beyond 30 hours/week are irrelevant. So, for the overlap, you will be awarded 30 hours/week even though you had 40+24 hours/week. In other words, your work experience is:
1. 02 June 2016 - 02 June 2017 = 52 full-time weeks
2. 02 June 2017 - Current = ~25 part-time weeks x (24 hours/part-time week / 30 hours/full-time week) = 19.2 full-time weeks
To complete 2 years, you will have to have at least 33 more full-time weeks which unfortunately will not be possible given that your Work Permit expires this March. So, you can only claim 1 year and try to enhance your IELTS/CELPIP scores to boost your CRS. Good Luck!

Is it fine to submit jobs with overlapping end and start dates?
My end date from Company A is 2 months after my start date in Company B. Would that be a problem when I submit my experiences? I have everything else in place. I couldn't serve the notice period in my first company, thus my end date got delayed.

Hi DelPiero07,

Hope you are well!!
Really need your help in this

In work history, I started my first job on April 10th 2017, my second job in 20th Aug 2018 (with 20 days gap) but as of today, the EE profile calculates my experience as 3 years when I am still short by 30 days technically speaking. ( EE doesn't ask for he date of Joining etc. ) It Calculates based on the month of joining.
Should I withdraw my profile and apply after May 1st ( 3 years completition) or what to do ?

Best,

Hi Arun, I have a similar problem but 1 week of overlap. Did your PR go through?
