Overlapping Experience in two NOCs 0213 and 2147

Hi All,

I just wanted to clear a confusion regarding selecting an appropriate NOC for my experience. I have an overlapping experience or 2 positional experience.

3 years in a Managerial Role in Computer and information systems.
8 years in System/Software Engineering.

What would be the best NOC to apply for to get maximum points. If i apply for 0213 Computer and Information Systems manager, would the whole experience be counted towards it or not?

Please help me understand this.
