Outland or Inland for dependent child

Hi All!,

I have a step son currently in Canada on a TRV and we will be applying for PR for him. My question is what application would we use for him, inland or outland? and would we mail it to missisagau or his dedicated processing office abroad?

Outland is the only option.

There is no inland process for dependent children.

New applications still have to go to CPC-Mississauga I believe..
