Question I've had for a while and haven't seen asked before: is there any difference in the processing time for SOWP, if submitted immediately after the AOR, or after a few steps have been completed (e.g. sponsor or PA eligibility)?
Does the SOWP application go through a completely separate process, and basically a re-evaluation of eligibility with basically the same documents? Or is there interchange of information between the two applications?
