Outdated form and Missing Signature

Hey guys,

So I posted my entire package April 28th and it's being received today. I've identified that the checklist IMM5589 was updated during the time I was filling out the forms and I've also realised I didn't physically sign next to the digital signature on Schedule A - Background / Declaration.

What are my options?

As my IEC expires September 6 and the processing time for an OWP is 4 months I don't have the time to wait! Grinding my teeth here - guess i'll just have to resend everything tomorrow and pray.

Also why is IMM5669 on the CIC website from 10-2018 but mine is from 11-2018. The newer one seems to not exist anymore.
