Hello everyone,
I have applied for my P.R under provincial nominee economic class on march 10th 2016. So its been 2 years and still waiting for it. My background check is in process right now according to the website. So i dont know how long will it take from now?
Secondly i have been refused twice for my work permit. One for my bridging permit and 2nd on my restoration. Then i was been told to leave canada soon in the refusal letter. But i was still in restoration so i went to the M.P amd talked to some of the lawyer they suggested me that i still apply for my status so i applied for visitor record which took me 9 months to get an answer which was also refused. And it does not say anywhere to leave canada but they say "if you are not satified with dicision you can apply again with new fees."
So please tell me what should do?
Thank you so much in advance

I think at this point youl have to leave Canada, did they say why they refused your work permit? Secondly why didn't you apply for closed work permit? And third you had 90 days to apply since you were out of status. At what day are you on right now?

You are well beyond being able to legalize your status. You need to leave Canada.
