Out of Status

Hi,

I am out of status in Canada and my Indian passport is expired. Can I renew it at the Indian Consulate without status?

Cannot answer about the passport but cannot see why the Indian Consulate would be at all concerned about your status in Canada, that is between you and the Canadian Government not the Indian Government. Your priority of course is to renew your passport and resolve your status ASAP or just leave the country when you have a current travel document.

Yes you can renew your passport with the Indian Consulate/ Embassy in Canada. As soon as you have it, do something about your status in Canada.
