Hello Everyone! Heads up it will be a long post. Thanks in Advance for your time and patience. I appreciate to those answer all my questions and advices.

My sister hired me direct from Philippines as Live in Nanny under LMO. Moved Canada 2015 i just worked 11 months with her due to family issue i had to move out and she released me. My work permit expired 2017 found another employer but the promise that they will help me get LMIA was a lie i got fool. I didn’t get enough time to restore my status it was run out of time. And now, still in Canada out of status for years now. I talked to lawyer before but the options are too risky.
My questions are:

1. Is marriage help me to make my status stable? I have a boyfriend we been together for two years he didn’t know my status here in canada when were dating for a year and when he proposed to me i told him all about my status and he told me that he is willing to help me but he worries that what if we don’t get approve and they will sent me home. The wedding plan is still figuring it out.

2. Am i able to apply any company or even a nanny job as long as there is LMIA available? But currently no status. How would it be possible?

3.Is moving to Quebec and find a job with LMIA will work?

4. Those 11 months that i work with my sister will still be able to use it later on if I apply PR if i get work permit?

5. There is tons of LMIA available in company here in the city i lived but I’m always hesitant to apply because I’m out of status. I already read that “it must be have legal status” so I don’t know.

Thank you Everyone.

1. If your boyfriend sponsors you either as a common law couple or after you are married, then yes, this is a path for making your status legal again. You can expect that your application will undergo greater review to make sure your relationship is genuine give how long you've been in Canada without status. So you'll want to make sure that you include strong relationship proof in the application. However this is definitely a possible path for you to get status back in Canada.
2. Not possible. You've been out of status for far too long.
3. Same as above. Not possible.
4. I'm not sure I understand this question. There's no way for you to get a work permit through an LMIA. You have been in Canada for far too long without status.
5. Same as #2. Not possible for you to apply. You have been out of status in Canada for far too long.

Sorry. I forgot to ask this again. What is all the requirements to submit to immigration if we start doing paperworks after married? Thank you.

While the papers on process?
You should have stopped a long time ago. And you need to stop now or at least before you file your application.
You KNOW that you are doing something illegal so stopping is to show that you recongized that's wrong.

If you keep working, then how can IRCC trust that you will follow ANY immigration rule/law.

Its easy for you to say because you are not in my shoe but trust me there is more story behind this post i did. Say less if you don’t know the whole story. You have to remember even people that have legal status here they work cash job as well just to keep up other bills and less payment taxes. Imagine if you don’t have support financially and emotionally from your own family. What are you gonna do? You have to survive and so something. I didn’t work illegally for something i work because i have to feed myself and family. But take note, I don’t work selling my body, sell drugs whatsoever. I work with family that they need my help also. They help me i help them as well. So say less. I understand what you coming from about law and rules but sometimes you have to break the rules just to survive. Now i regret posted in here because it affect my mental health and negative comments just not help at all. I am aware already of what I’ve done and even the immigration knew and aware about this situation. So easy to say if not you.

Well, we only know what you have told us.
I think people who did cash job and not report tax is wrong as well. I think IRCC understands that people had to break the rule some times. As that's why they usually won't just reject your application if you disclosed that you did work without a work permit.
What I am saying is if you are going to file an application with them, it's better to show them that you will compily with their rules. You need to talk to your husband-to-be and work out a family financial plan. He is sigining up to support you financially until you have legal status to work again.
I am not judging you. I just want to bring you up to the fact and things you will face.

I was paying taxes until my own sister screw me. I wish i can pay taxes right now coz i want to be legal but how can i pay tax i could but it doesn’t make sense if i pay tax and no status. Im still paying taxes my food, rent, bills, etc. i cannot post my whole drama in here i made it summary post in highlight then i can get to the point what i need. They will know that i work cash job and i will tell them of course i have to and put it all in the table. But yeah thanks for your time.

Another happy customer!!

Btw, the CRA doesn’t care about your status . You write them a letter with your SIN explaining how much you’ve earned etc .
There’s no excuse for evading taxes. So you can stop the “ I’m a martyr schtik” and the excuses.
You’re looking for a country to give you relief for being here illegally, do your part

No excuses
