Hi there,
I have been living 6 months as a PR in Canada. I have no other relative as citizen or PR here. I am not married yet and employed as a permanent full time. My parents are alive and I have brother sisters alive, too. I have few question
1. Can I sponsor my elder brother along with his spouse and one kids?
2. When I will get married can I sponsor my spouse too
3. How much marning I need to do annually now to sponsor?
4. Is there any timeframe until what time I can't sponsor anyone else?
Thanks

You can't sponsor your brother because your parents are alive. The only way he can come to Canada is through an economic stream.

Yes you can sponsor your spouse as a PR, only condition is as a PR, you have to remain in Canada during the processing of your spouse's file.

There's no income requirement or job requirement to sponsor your spouse.

Marriage to a Canadian or PR, but they will suspect marriage fraud if they see that most of his family are living in Canada.

He's older than you, can't he just immigrate here the same way you did?
