Finally, received eCoPR for my niece on January 26, 2026. We got three ADR's after Portal 2 on November 14, 2025 due to the first miscommunication received from IRCC Montreal for payment of RPRF fee balance of $320 instead of the full $575. Sending multiple webforms and response to IRCC Delhi's emails finally helped resolve the issue. We also got the MP involved and they were able to directly contact the IRCC officer who helped ease the process. See my signature with full detail. Good luck everyone with your applications!
