Hi friends,

I have a question and would appreciate your guide:

Regarding having original transcripts of all degrees in universitysealed envelopes, I have some concerns. Actually for my Master Degree, the university where I has studied, issued English Transcripts, that's why they have given me a copy of my transcripts in sealed envelopes (in English language). However, for my bachelor studies, the institutions did not provide English transcripts and they did NOT provide the transcripts in sealed envelops. Specially in anyway, even if they had provided the transcripts in sealed envelopes, they had to be opened for translation purpose. Therefore, for my Bachelor studies, I just have notarised official translation (in English) of my transcripts, attached to a copy of transcript in the native language. I have also certified the translations by the Ministry of Research & Education in my country, as well as my home Country's embassy here in the country where I am a foreigner and to which I should submit my complete documents.

So what do you think I should do? Is it acceptable to submit the translated and notarized (certified) transcripts from my bachelor studies as they are without having them in university-sealed envelops?
Should I provide a written explanation as to why this is so to the immigration officer? I'm afraid if I write such letter they might become more picky on it, yet, if I don't write it, it might cause problems. I'm confused on this. Please guide.

I appreciate your guide on this. Thanks.
