Hello,

I'm trying to fill out a form (IMM5708E) for a visitor visa extension for my mother and I'm little confused about a section in the form
where it says DATE AND PLACE OF ORIGINAL ENTRY TO CANADA. Maybe you guys have a better idea and hope that you can help me.
My mother came to Canada last year from India with multiple entry visa. Just a week before her 6 months visa expired she left for USA
and stayed there for 2 weeks came back to Canada from a border crossing in Buffalo. The immigration officer said that her visitor permit (that
was stamped on her passport with 6 months validity when she arrived last year from india) expired when she was in the US and stamped
a new visitor permit for another 6 months. Now I'm trying to extend her visa for another 6 months and I don't what to put in the section
where it says DATE AND PLACE OF ORIGINAL ENTRY TO CANADA. Should I put the date of here arrival from India from last year or the date
of her recent entry into Canada from Buffalo crossing ? Please advise....

Thanks
