When you order the notes for your spousal application. Do you select

1. Immigration/citizenship records or
2. IRCC governing corporate documents?

I am very confused with something that seems easy. It gives the options of
1. Permanent residence
2. Family class sponsorship

So which do I choose?
I'm sponsoring my wife for permanent residence. So could it be either or do I have to specifically pick one?

So if you select the option under which type of record would you like to request and then choose immigration file (information that belong to the sponsored persons)

This will get me the notes made by the visa officer??
