Ordering CAIPS does slow your process time?

i am goin to order CAIPS note for my wife.does it goin to slow my process time or not.please let me know about this,

If you order the just the CAIPS notes only, it will not affect your application. If you order the FILE with CAIPS notes, then it will slow things down ALOT.

Just don't order the entire file (I think it's called FOSS notes?)

FOSS notes is for application processed in Canada; CAIPS notes is for those processed outside Canada.
