ordered GCMS and have a question

Dear all,

I ordered GCMS from GCMSnotes.ca
and I received an email which they confirmed my order and gave me a track number. but as I was checking with my friends, it seems they had to signed a form and email it back to them. but they ordered GMCS from another website..
but I didn't receive any forms.
Did I do something wrong in ordering??
another quick question: they said it takes 30 to 35 days to receive the results. Is there any chance that I may receive it sooner. anyone has this experience???

I even try to track my order trough this website: gcmsnotes.ca/order/tracking.html
but they say : No details found matching the input values.

They provide you a consent form, which you need to sign and sent them back via email. Mail them again to check by giving your Order number.

Emailed the and they said no form is needed and my note is in process
