It won’t likely cause a delay. I don’t like saying anything for certainty where IRCC process is concerned, but there hasn’t been any evidence of it causing delays that I’ve seen.

I know from my GCMS notes it's noted each time I ordered GCMS notes. I think in the section called something like "Incoming Correspondence". Whether that has any impact on my application processing time, I don't know. I think not but you can't say anything for sure when it comes to IRCC.
