Hi,
I am living in the US for the past one year(Since Jan of 2008) and am dependent on my husband. I would be sponsoring my spouse for permanent residence. I did have a job in Canada in 2007 and filed my taxes for the year 2007 in 2008.

Since I did not have any income in 2008, do I have to produce an Option C printout? If yes, will I be able to submit a copy of NOA for 2007?

File your last Option C, and include a cover letter explaining that you have been financially dependent on your husband and have not worked in the US. There are no minimum income requirements for spousal sponsorships, but don't forget to provide proof with your application that you intend to re-settle in Canada when your spouse gets PR.

I am a permanent residence and applying my husband who is outside the Canada for immigration.
I moved to Canada last year and started to work from November 2008,
Before it, I was living in Taiwan, worked and paid the tax in Taiwan, either.
Could I just provide the tax and income documents of Taiwan without Option C Printout and explan this situation?
I am afraid my application will be return because lack of documents.
Thanks.
