Option C Printout - Adoption of Child

My husband and I are working on adopting a child. We need to get our sponsorship papers off ASAP. Do we need to have an Option C Printout if none of the items (EI, Old Age Security, etc) apply to us?

I have ordered one just in case, but I would like to mail these forms off tomorrow if possible! Thanks!

Include a letter explaining that you have requested the Option C but it has not arrived yet and you have to follow certain timelines for adopting the child. Give an approximate date of arrival and tell them that you will forward it on as soon as it does.
