Hi
My Canadian partner has just phoned for her Option C document (we both live and work in England). The lady on the phone said she will post it today, but she also said my partner has made some sort of mistake because she is listed as unemployed.
My partner obviously hasn't been claiming any unemployment benefit, she has just been working in England for the past couple of years (legally and paying UK taxes), so if we include the option c assessment with a letter of explanation, and recent payslips from England, do you think that will be OK?
Or alternatively, shall we leave out the Option C assessment and just provide UK tax details from the past two years?
I'd hate for us to be refused now because of this error.
Thanks again
Oliver
