OPNP (Ontario) Masters graduate Stream 2015 Please share your timeline & issues

Hi,
Please urgent question, I have applied under PhD stream on 18/06/2015 just received the acknowledgment email after two weeks, we have package from them not received yet.Do they send the file number on mail(courier) or it might be they returned the file it is almost two months now since we applied.

they email acknowledgement and mail the confirmation Certificate (without any email)

I received my nomination yesterday..

Submitted my application on - 7th July
Received confirmation on - 15th July
Received nomination on - 20th Aug

Planning to submit my PR application by end of next week

I submit my application on the 16th Oct to OINP under master graduate, please share your timelines. I didn't receive any confirmation.
