Can someone tell me how to fill out the form IMM 1249 to apply for an open work permit. I'm unsure and need some guidence.

If you have filed for a work permit before then you fill up the form as you have done earlier. This time you don't send in a LMO/Job Offer/Contract which you usually attach with a "closed" WP app.
