Hi Everyone,

I have below queries regarding CIC Profile, looking forward your valuable guidance:

1. I have been working in Canada since 2 years NOC-2171 close work permit which expiry date in March 2018 and I have not got ITA yet and WES - Canadian master degree. So, can I apply for an open work permit? VFS delhi says yes, although, from various sources I got to know I need to have an ITA first.

2. My IELTS score is LR-6, S-7.5, W-5.5 however by CRS is above 400,am I eligible to submit my profile in EE pool?

3. If I choose to go for any PNP programme, can I change my Province post PR as my preference is Ontario.

Thanks in Advance!!

Hi Everyone,

If you have recently completed your master's degree (less than 3 months ago) and have not held a PGWP before, you may be eligible for the post-graduate work permit (open work permit)

But to be eligible for the bridging open work permit, you need to have received the ITA, submitted the complete eAPR, and then received the email AOR - while holding a valid work permit.

2. My IELTS score is LR-6, S-7.5, W-5.5 however by CRS is above 400,am I eligible to submit my profile in EE pool?
You can try, but I think your IELTS score will make you ineligible. Under the CEC class, your score would be good enough for a B-level NOC, but your NOC is skill level A. You will need a minimum score of 6 in all skill areas.

3. If I choose to go for any PNP programme, can I change my Province post PR as my preference is Ontario.
Regular PNP program, or express entry PNP?

If your preference is Ontario, why not choose Ontario?
