Open work permit

Hey guys
I have a question please. Im a PhD stident almost 3 years in Canada. I have applied for my wife to vist me twice and she got refused. Finaly I applied for open work permit for here. After one month we receive the medical forms. Then we did the medical report and the update the statue of her application to Pass.
Now it is 2 months after we received the last message.
My question is this normal time to wait or is there another process should i do.

You mean you applied Visitor visa twice? reason for refusal? and if you want detailed reason for refusal which may differ from the reason you might hive received then that can also be accessed via CAIPS Notes.
secondly, how long is your marriage duration?
thirdly, have you added supporting documents and ties in your own country?
