Open Work Permit with Inland application needs separate receipt?

Hi,

Does anyone know if I need to use more than one receipt (IM 5401) for applying for Inland spousal sponsorship and an open work permit?
I'm sending both together, so I'm thinking one receipt for the application fee, sponsorship fee, landing fee and OWP is okay. Or does anything have to have its own receipt?
