I'd like to know whether I should tick the 'apply for open work permit' as part of my spousal visa application.
I currently have a working holiday visa until June 2019.
If I tick it 'just to be safe' will this add to processing time?
If I tick it do I need to include anything additional to the spousal visa package as it's not clear.
